A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from Aura Veterinary Center.

Please arrive on time for your appointment; late arrival may require rescheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible; repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.

Emergency or urgent cases will be prioritized at the clinic's discretion; our online booking system is not intended for medical emergencies — please call us directly for urgent concerns.

All veterinary advice, diagnoses, and treatment plans are provided based on in-person clinical examination and the information available at the time of your visit.
